1. No purchase necessary. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win, and making a purchase will not improve your chances of winning.

3. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible.
4. Entry period. Entries are accepted from 12:00am PT on August 11, 2026 through 11:59pm PT on September 30, 2026. Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.
5. How to enter. Complete the entry form on this page for one (1) entry. Duplicate form submissions will be disqualified.
6. Bonus entries. After entering, you may earn one (1) additional entry for following @tbdphotobooths on Instagram and one (1) additional entry for following TBD Photo Booths on Facebook, a maximum of three (3) total entries per person. To claim a bonus entry, provide the username or profile name you follow from on the confirmation screen. Sponsor verifies follows at the time of the drawing; bonus entries that cannot be verified, or follows withdrawn before the drawing, are void. Following is not required to enter or to win, and no purchase or payment of any kind is required.
7. Prize. One (1) winner will receive a Print photo booth package: three hours of photo booth time, an on-site attendant, unlimited on-site prints, a custom photo strip template, choice of standard backdrop, props, high-res digital photos in an online gallery, and setup and teardown. Approximate retail value: $1,099.
8. Winner selection. The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on October 2, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
9. Notification. The winner will be notified using the contact details provided on their entry within three (3) business days of the drawing. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of first notification, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
10. Redeeming the prize. The prize must be redeemed for an event on a date agreed with the Sponsor, occurring on or before December 31, 2027. The prize is subject to date and equipment availability and is not guaranteed for any specific date. Events within the Sponsor's normal service area in the Greater Seattle Area and Puget Sound region carry no travel charge. For events outside that area, the Sponsor will quote travel costs — which may include mileage, freight, lodging, and additional crew time — before any date is confirmed. Travel costs are payable by the winner, are not part of the prize, and must be accepted in writing before the booking is confirmed; if the winner declines the quote, they may choose a different date or location. Events requiring air travel or shipment of equipment are accommodated at the Sponsor's sole discretion and subject to feasibility.
11. Prize conditions. The prize is not transferable, may not be resold, and has no cash equivalent. Upgrades and add-ons (additional hours, premium or custom backdrops, themed props) are not included and remain available at standard rates. The Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the prize becomes unavailable.
12. Taxes. The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on the prize. Because the prize value exceeds $600, the Sponsor may be required to issue IRS Form 1099-MISC, and the winner may be asked to provide a completed Form W-9 before the prize is awarded.
13. Publicity. Accepting the prize does not require the winner to take part in publicity. The Sponsor may ask separately for permission to use photos from the event or the winner's name; that permission is optional and may be declined without affecting the prize.
14. Privacy. Entry details are used to administer this giveaway and to contact you about your enquiry. They are not sold or shared with third parties. See our privacy policy.
15. Changes and cancellation. The Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel this giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond its reasonable control compromises the fair running of the promotion.
16. Governing law. This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Washington, and is void where prohibited. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Kitsap County, Washington.
17. Not affiliated with any platform. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Google, Meta, Instagram, Facebook, or any other platform.
