The questions we hear most from event planners and office managers.

November and December fill up fast — often by early October. If your party is in Q4, we recommend reaching out as early as possible. We occasionally have last-minute openings, but don't count on it for the holiday season.

Yes — and it's included in every Print and Deluxe package. We design a custom photo strip template with your logo, event name, and date. It's a great branded takeaway for corporate holiday parties. We finalize templates 1–2 weeks before your event.

About 6×8 feet for the booth and backdrop combined. We're compact by design — we work in hotel ballrooms, office common areas, event venues, and everything in between. We'll confirm logistics with your venue coordinator in advance.

Absolutely. We're experienced coordinating with venue event teams, hotel A/V staff, and corporate event planners. Just provide your coordinator's contact info when you book and we'll handle the logistics directly.

Additional hours are available for $175/hr. If the party's still going and you want to keep the booth running, just let our attendant know — we'll stay as long as you need, availability permitting.

After the party, all photos are uploaded to a private gallery at tbdphoto.com where everyone can download the full-resolution files.
