Photo booth rental · Suncadia Resort, Cle Elum WA
Six thousand acres in the Cascade foothills, and a wedding weekend that tends to run long. We make the trip over the pass regularly, and we price it up front so there's no travel-fee surprise at the end.
Pricing starts at $1,599, including $500 for travel.
What's included
Every Suncadia booking comes fully loaded. Here's what's in every package.
A friendly TBD pro runs the booth all night: setup, guest wrangling, tech troubleshooting, and teardown. You'll never have to think about it.
Guests walk away with a physical photo strip, custom-designed for your event. These end up on fridges for years.
Your name, date, and aesthetic: designed into a photo strip template before the event. 30+ designs to choose from, or bring your own vision.
Every photo is uploaded to an online gallery within 24 hours. High-res downloads are free for you and all your guests.
Curated, tasteful props, not the cheap plastic stuff. Mustaches, glasses, signs, and more that make great photos, not embarrassing ones.
Standard backdrops included free. Upgrade to limited edition (+$99) or sequins (+$199). We'll help you pick the right one for your venue.
Suncadia pricing
Suncadia is over Snoqualmie Pass, a good deal further than our usual Puget Sound radius. Rather than quote a standard price and add a travel fee later, we publish one number that already covers the trip. Pricing starts at $1,599, including $500 for travel.
The $500 covers travel. Both packages above are our standard packages at our standard inclusions, plus a flat $500 for the drive over the pass, the extra day of crew time, and lodging. There is no separate travel fee added on top. Add-ons are priced the same as anywhere else: extra hours, backdrop upgrades, custom backdrops.
Suncadia spaces we've worked
The Lodge alone carries more than 15,000 square feet of event space, and the booth lands differently in each room. We'll help you pick the spot that catches traffic without crowding the dance floor.
Our booth is hand-built from walnut wood and uses a DSLR camera with professional studio flash, not a tablet on a stick. The difference shows in every photo.
Tell us about your event and we'll get back to you within one business day.
