Yes. We accept purchase orders from school districts and universities. We can also provide a W-9 for your accounts payable department. Just let us know at booking and we'll get you the documentation you need.

Always. Our standard prop selection is family-friendly — hats, signs, glasses, and themed accessories. If you want a custom prop set themed to your school or event, we can arrange that too. We take this seriously and won't bring anything that doesn't fit the school environment.

One photo session takes about 1–2 minutes for a group. For a 3-hour prom, expect 90–150+ sessions. Groups of up to 6–8 fit comfortably in the frame. For larger events, we can discuss multi-booth setups or ways to speed up the flow.

Yes — custom backdrops ($399) can be designed with your school's branding. We handle the design and send a proof for your approval before printing. Allow about 2 weeks lead time for custom backdrop orders.

We're happy to work alongside your chaperone setup. Our attendant is professional and experienced working with student groups. We defer to your school's supervision policies — just let us know what you need and we'll accommodate.
